USAGE: fitline infile outimg [-c] [-L]

fitline fits straight lines to pixel chain segments
using the eigenvector fit method.
NOTE: The fit is performed to each complete line segment;
      a segment is a chain of points between features, either
      endpoint features or junction features.
NOTE: this fit is not appropriate to approximate curve or corner
      features within segments -- use a critical point fit or
      polygonalization fit for this case, instead.

ARGUMENTS:
    infile: input filename (PCC)
    outimg: output image filename (TIF)

OPTIONS:
        -c: when set, print line coordinates.
        -L: print Software License for this module
